As a seller, you can register for a free account and list homes for free!
1 Create an Account
Please provide your email address and choose a password. If you are a real estate agent then specify that you are a realtor when you register. Your accout may require approval from the administrator.
2Provide Details
Once you create an account and login, the next step is to complete your profile. Only complete profiles can add listings. Without an updated profile, your agent account may not show up on the listings and buyers will not be able to send you messages.
3Post a Home for Sale or Rent
As a seller or agent, you can now start adding your properties for sale or for rent. Include several images and give a comprehensive description including all of the amenities included in the home. Choose agents that you want to associate with your listing if you wish. Otherwise, the listing will be available to all agents in your area.
4 Listing is now Active!
Once the listing is active, it is immediately available to buyers or renters searching for properties in your area. Agents will start scheduling tours. You can add an open house event if you have scheduled one.
